Diary: Aubrey O'Day on Her Workout Plan
My goal is to have enough endurance and stamina to get through singing and dancing perfectly during touring! It is important for me to work out with a trainer because they push you past your own limits. They show you that you are more than you think you're capable of. I reached many breaking points during my first few workouts, but once you realize it didn't break you, it feels very rewarding!
My goal is to have enough endurance and stamina to get through singing and dancing perfectly during touring! Running helps a lot because it pushes every muscle in your body. I recently became vegan, so that has been helping me become a better cook, as I have to make all my own sauces and sides. And with cooking, I am able to see everything I'm putting in my body, which is very important!
I love swimming. Sometimes I make up dances in the water; it’s so fun! I also love spinning and dancing! My least favorite workout is running on a treadmill, anything repetitive!
