We've been hearing about everyone else's Skin Stories, what about host and Fall Out Boy bassist Pete Wentz's ink? Well, he spoke to Rolling Stone about his upcoming gig hosting "Best Ink 2" and shared a some interesting details about his tats.
Like a true rocker, he had his first experience with the tattoo pen at age 15 (what did his parents say?).
"The first one was brutal. It was on my back," Pete tells Rolling Stone. The discomfort didn't stop him from getting two more though. Although he had some support for the second one.
Apparently friend and reformed womanizer John Mayer was Pete's wingman for the symbol of good luck done by a Japanese tattoo artist.
"It's of a little boy's giant face with bushy eyebrows," he explains. Pete also has a keyhole on his arm to commemorate the first one million Fall Out Boy albums sold. Can you spot either above?
So it totally makes sense that he's hosting "Best Ink 2" (music and tattoos just work together so well) and apparently, this is the only reality show he's ever considered doing. Cool! So read the full interview right here and remember to keep your schedule open for the premiere of "Best Ink 2" on Wed., Apr. 3 at 10/9c!
