Porn Star's Double Life Revealed After He Kills Millionaire Boyfriend To Live With Pregnant Girlfriend

He was stabbed 24 times.

A former porn star and online escort is being charged in the murder of his boyfriend—to live with his girlfriend.

According to People23-year-old David Meza was convicted of killing his 51-year-old millionaire boyfriend, Jake Merendino. He now faces life.

On May 2, 2015, Mexican authorities found Merendino’s blood-soaked car near the town of Rosarito. A trail of blood and intestines led them to his body in a ravine. He had been stabbed 24 times.

This year, Meza was found guilty of killing his boyfriend. Authorities argued that Meza killed his millionaire boyfriend (seen below) so he could inherit his $3 million estate and a $273,000 oceanfront condo. In a statement, Acting U.S. Attorney Alana W. Robinson explained, “David Meza took the life of a man who cared for him, lavished him with expensive gifts and who wanted to create a life with him.”

Meza's double life was also unearthed. He was a male escort and gay porn actor (who appeared under the name Mario Romo) who also happened to live with his pregnant girlfriend in San Diego. Meza enlisted girlfriend Taylor Langston (whom he later married) to help him cover up his crime.

Prosecutors believe that the two men initially met after Merendino requested his prostitution services online in 2013. Over the course of a few months, Merendino bought Meza multiple cars and a motorcyle. He also funded trips, dental appointments and procedures and tuition so Meza. Meza also became a joint account holder in his bank account.

Following the trial, Meza was found guilty of one count of interstate or foreign domestic violence resulting in murder and one count of conspiracy to obstruct justice.

Langston pled guilty in February to conspiracy to obstruct justice and is serving a 21-month sentence.
