Sylvester Stallone Denies Coercing 16-Year-Old Fan Into Threesome In The ‘80s

"At no time was Mr. Stallone ever contacted by authorities or anyone else regarding this matter," said a spokesperson.

Actor and director Sylvester Stallone has been accused of sexually assaulting a teenager in a Las Vegas hotel room in the 80's. Stallone has quickly dismissed the accusations as a "categorically false story."

According to the Huffington Post, the story began circulating last year when reporter and former police officer Doug Poppa obtained a police report about the incident, in which it was revealed that Stallone had consensual sex with a 16 year old (technically legal in the state of Nevada at the time). However, Stallone allegedly had attempted to involve his bodyguard, Mike de Luca, in the sexual scenario. The woman said she was forced to have sex with de Luca. It was also alleged that Stallone and de Luca threatened her life to keep her silent. The Daily Mail disseminated a similar story shortly thereafter.

“This is a ridiculous, categorically false story,” a spokesman for Stallone told TMZ. “No one was ever aware of this story until it was published today, including Mr. Stallone. At no time was Mr. Stallone ever contacted by authorities or anyone else regarding this matter.”

According to ABC, De Luca was shot and killed in a traffic stop in 2013. The unnamed accuser never officially pressed charges against him.
