Disturbing Video Released Of Attorney Hypnotizing Client To Sexually Molest Her

He told his clients he was helping them relax, but took advantage of them while they were in a trance.

Disturbing video was released Tuesday of an Ohio divorce attorney who used hypnosis to sexually take advantage of his female clients. 59-year-old Michael Fine of Sheffield, Ohio would tell his clients he was trying to relax them before discussing the stressful details of their divorce, however, in truth he would molest them while they were in a trance state. Fortunately, one of his victims filmed the encounter as part of a police sting.

The victim began to think something was amiss after realizing she had lost track of time during the meeting and that her clothes were disheveled, according to Cleveland’s WJW. In the video, Fine can be seen hypnotizing his victim and then moving her to the couch, where he begins talking to her about her sex life. "Every time I say the word pleasure, you cannot constrain or hold yourself back, your entire body is a vessel of pleasure," he says, before asking, "When is the last time you made love?" He goes on, "Every time I touch you, it's gonna be an incredible sensation. At the count of three, you won't be able to control yourself." After waking her from her trance, he tries to discuss paperwork regarding her divorce, but the police soon arrive and arrest him.

Fine pleaded guilty to putting five other women in similar trances in September 2016. In November, he was sentenced to 12 years in prison. At his sentencing, once of his victims spoke out, saying, "He used my trust and his position as my attorney to gain information about my vulnerabilities. He then used that information not only to protect and defend me, but also to manipulate, hurt and take advantage of me."
