2. How to Enter. Log on to http://www.oxygen.com/contest/mosweeps and complete the sweepstakes entry form.
Neither Oxygen Media, LLC ("Oxygen"), Sara Lee, nor any participating prize partners, telephone network, or service provider, is responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed phone or computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions or technical failures, ISP/network/Web site accessibility or availability, garbled or jumbled transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic; including without limitation the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information or late, lost, illegible or misdirected entries. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. In case of dispute as to identity of the winner(s), winning entry will be declared made by the registered subscriber of the e-mail account (if winning entry was submitted via e-mail), provided that he/she is eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. 3. Random Drawing. Winners will be selected in a random drawing by judges at Oxygen qualified to perform such selection. The random drawing will be held on or about April 17, 2005, from all eligible entries received by Oxygen. By participating, entrants agree to the Official Rules, warrant that they are in full compliance with such rules, and agree to the decisions of the judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
4. One (1) Prize: One grand prize winner will receive a trip for two to attend the taping of Mo'Nique's F.A.T. Chance pageant in L.A. Complete prizing includes:
Oxygen will be giving away 1 trip worth approximately $2,500. The total prize giveaway is approximately $2,500.
Odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of entries received.
All expenses, including taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of winner(s). Prizes are non-transferable; no prize substitution or cash equivalent of prizes except by Oxygen at its sole discretion for a prize of equal or greater value if prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
5. Oxygen Employees etc. Not Eligible: Employees or agents of Oxygen, Sara Lee, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, members of the immediate family of such employees and persons living in the same household of such employees/agents are ineligible to participate or win a prize.
6. Conditions of Participation: Winners will be notified by April 5, 2006 by letter, e-mail or telephone. If requested in the notification, winner must call the phone number provided to confirm eligibility within two (2) working days. If a contacted winner does not respond within two (2) working days, Oxygen reserves the right to choose an alternative winner. Winner(s) may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where legal, Publicity Release, within 7 days of the date printed on the prize notification. Limit one prize per person, household or family.
Oxygen reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond the control of Oxygen corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Sweepstakes, and in such event the judges reserve the right to select the winner by random drawing from all eligible entries received (if any) up to the time of cancellation.
By participating, entrants agree to release Oxygen, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, and the employees, officers, directors, and agents of any of the above organizations from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, costs or expenses or damages to persons or otherwise, including without limitation, personal injury, death and/or property damages, of any kind caused in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of the prize or participation in any prize-related activities. By accepting prize, winner(s) grant to Oxygen the use of his/her name, address (city, state), likeness, photograph, voice and statements by winner (provided they are true) regarding Sweepstakes or Oxygen for advertising/publicity purposes in all media, without further compensation or permission except where prohibited by law. 7. Winners List: The names of the winners will be posted at [www.oxygen.com/sweepstakes] on or about June 1, 2006.
