2. How to Enter. Log on to http://www.oxygen.com/storitelling and complete the sweepstakes entry form. Entries must be received by 3:00am on June 17, 2008. Limit one entry per person and/or e-mail account.
Neither Oxygen Media, LLC ("Oxygen"), Tori Spelling, Simon & Schuster publishing, nor any participating prize partners, telephone network, or service provider, is responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed phone or computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions or technical failures, ISP/network/Web site accessibility or availability, garbled or jumbled transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic; including without limitation the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information or late, lost, illegible or misdirected entries. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. In case of dispute as to identity of the winner(s), winning entry will be declared made by the registered subscriber of the e-mail account (if winning entry was submitted via e-mail), provided that he/she is eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. 3. Random Drawing. Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing by judges at Oxygen qualified to perform such selection. The random drawing will be held on or about June 20, 2008 from all eligible entries received by Oxygen. By participating, entrants agree to the Official Rules, warrant that they are in full compliance with such rules, and agree to the decisions of the judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

4. Oxygen Employees etc. Not Eligible: Employees or agents of Oxygen Media, LLC ("Oxygen"), Tori Spelling, Simon & Schuster publishing and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, members of the immediate family of such employees and persons living in the same household of such employees/agents are ineligible to participate or win a prize.

Conditions of Participation: Oxygen reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond the control of Oxygen corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Sweepstakes, and in such event the judges reserve the right to select the winner by random drawing from all eligible entries received (if any) up to the time of cancellation.

6. Winners List: The names of the winners will be posted at www.oxygen.com/sweepstakes on or about July 1, 2008 until July 1, 2009.
