ELIGIBILITY: Open only to permanent, legal U.S. residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other United States territories), and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and of the age of majority in their state of residence as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period. Officers, directors, and employees of Sweepstakes Entities (as defined below), members of these persons' immediate families (spouses and/or parents, children, and siblings, and their spouses, regardless of where they reside), and/or persons living in the same households as these persons (whether or not related thereto) are not eligible to enter or win the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes Entities, as referenced herein, shall include Sponsors (as defined below) and their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliate companies, and administrative, advertising, and promotion agencies, and any other entity involved in the development, administration, promotion, or implementation of the Sweepstakes.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Sweepstakes, you must “Follow” Oxygen on Twitter. To “Follow” Oxygengo to www.twitter.com (“Twiiter Site”), and (1) if you already have a Twitter account, log on using your Twitter user name and password, then become a follower of Oxygen by searching for "Oxygen," clicking on the Oxygen icon and then clicking the "Follow" button or (2) if you do not already have a Twitter account, create a Twitter account according to the instructions on the Twitter Site and follow Oxygen as indicated in (1) above.

Please note that you must agree to comply with the Twitter Terms of Use in order to create a Twitter account. Once you become a follower of Oxygen on Twitter, you may enter the Sweepstakes by visiting the Oxygen Twitter Page during the Sweepstakes Period, you will be required to submit a "Tweet" of one hundred forty (140) characters or less ("Statement") with the hash tag #badgirlsclub (the "Entry"). You must include "#badgirlsclub" in your Statement or your Entry will not be valid. When “Re-Tweeting” you must include “RT” and “#badgirlsclub” in your Statement or your Entry will not be valid.  All entries become the property of Oxygen Media, 75 9th Avenue, 7th Floor, New York, NY 10011, and NBC Universal, Inc., 30 Rockefeller Plaza, New York, NY 10112 (collectively the "Sponsors"), and will not be acknowledged or returned.

You must include "#badgirlsclub" in the Statement as part of your Entry to enter and be eligible for the Sweepstakes. Your Statement must be original (that is, written by you). You must have the permission of any person that you identify or otherwise refer to in your Statement.

The Sweepstakes consists of eleven weekly drawings (“Weekly Drawings”) conducted over the eleven (11) weeks comprising the Sweepstakes Period.  Each Weekly Drawing will consist of: (i) a promotion period (a “Weekly Entry Period”) that will begin at 10:00 pm on Tuesday (each a “Weekly Period Start Date”) and will end the following Sunday at 11:59 pm (each a “Weekly Period End Date”) as detailed in the chart below and (ii) a random drawing (a “Weekly Prize Drawing”) conducted on the weekly drawing date (“Weekly Drawing Date”) specified in the chart below from among all eligible Entries received during such Weekly Entry Period.  One (1) weekly winner will be selected in each of the eleven (11) Weekly Prize Drawings, for a total of eleven (11) winners throughout the entire Sweepstakes Period.  Entries for each Weekly Drawing must be received by the Weekly Entry Period End Date for that particular Weekly Drawing as specified in the chart below.  Entries for the last Weekly Drawing (Weekly Drawing 11) must be received by 11:59 PM on March 7, 2010. The Sweepstakes will not run for the week from December 27, 2009 at 12:00:00 AM ET to January 3, 2010 at 12:00:00 AM ET.

By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants grant Sponsors the non-exclusive, royalty-free, and irrevocable rights to use, reproduce, copy, publish, display, distribute, perform, translate, adapt, modify, and otherwise exploit the Statement and to incorporate the Statement in other works in any and all markets and media worldwide in perpetuity without additional compensation, notification, permission or approval. Entrants warrant that they have the sole and exclusive right to grant such rights to Sponsors and that the Sponsors' reproduction, publishing, displaying, and/or other use of the Statement will not infringe on any rights of third parties, including, without limitation, copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity, or create claims for defamation, false light, idea misappropriation, intentional or negligent infliction of emotional distress, or breach of contract. If any Statement contains material that is violent, pornographic, obscene, illegal, inappropriate, or racially or morally offensive or if any Statement does not comply with these Official Rules or meet Sponsors' standards for any reason, as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion, such Statement (and the related Entries) may be rejected as ineligible for consideration and/or deleted from the Oxygen Twitter page. Entries must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Sponsors shall have no obligation to copy, publish, display, or otherwise exploit the Statement. Entries must be received before March 7, 2010 at 12:00:00 AM ET to be eligible for the Sweepstakes. Sponsors' computer shall be the official timekeeper for all matters related to this Sweepstakes. You may submit more than one (1) Statement during the Sweepstakes Period, and each eligible Statement will be deemed an entry to the Sweepstakes.  Entries and/or Statements generated by a script, macro, or other automated means will be disqualified. Entries Statements that are incomplete, garbled, corrupted, or unintelligible for any reason, including, but not limited to, computer or network malfunction or congestion, are void and will not be accepted. In case of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the Twitter account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the person who is assigned to a Twitter account by the Twitter Site. Entry constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use entrant's name, Twitter user name, city, state, likeness, image, and/or voice for purposes of advertising, promotion, and publicity in any and all media now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, permission, or approval.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: One (1) potential weekly winner (“Weekly Winner”) (i.e., one (1) winner per Weekly Entry Period) will be selected in a random drawing on or about the “Weekly Drawing Date” for that particular Weekly Drawing as specified in the chart above from among all eligible Entries received during the corresponding Weekly Entry Period by employees or representatives of Sponsors, whose decisions are final and binding with respect to all matters related to the Sweepstakes.Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible Entries received each week. .. Sponsors will make two (2) attempts to notify a potential Winner via direct message to the potential Winner’s Twitter account in order to obtain such potential Winner’s mailing addresses. Noncompliance within this time period will result in disqualification, and, at Sponsors' sole discretion an alternate potential Winner may be selected from the remaining eligible Entries. If a potential Winner cannot be reached, is found to be ineligible, cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, or if prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential Winner will be disqualified and time permitting, at Sponsors' sole discretion, an alternate potential Winner may be selected from the remaining eligible Entries.

PRIZE: There will be eleven (11) prizes awarded (each a "Prize") to eleven (11) Weekly Winners, consisting of the following: one (1) American Express gift card worth one-hundred dollars ($100.00).  Prize is subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer. Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guaranty, either express or implied by Sponsors.  Estimated Retail Value ("ERV") of the Prize is one hundred dollars ($100.00). The total ERV of the Prizes is one thousand one hundred dollars ($1100).
