1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Only open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age as of the date of entry. Void where otherwise prohibited by law. Sweepstakes begins at 3am Eastern/Pacific Time on April 4, 2008, and ends at 3am on May 2, 2008.
2. How to Enter. Log on to oxygen.com/primetimeparty and complete the sweepstakes entry form. On-line entries must be received by 3am May 2, 2008. Limit one entry per person and/or e-mail account.
Neither Oxygen Media, LLC ("Oxygen"), Deion and Pilar Sanders, nor any participating prize partners, telephone network, or service provider, is responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed phone or computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions or technical failures, ISP/network/Web site accessibility or availability, garbled or jumbled transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic; including without limitation the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information or late, lost, illegible or misdirected entries. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. In case of dispute as to identity of the winner(s), winning entry will be declared made by the registered subscriber of the e-mail account (if winning entry was submitted via e-mail), provided that he/she is eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. In case of dispute as to the identity of the winner, the winner must be the registered subscriber of the winning e-mail account, provided that he/she is eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.
3. Random Drawing. Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing by judges at Oxygen qualified to perform such selection the random drawing will be held on or about May 7, 2008, from all eligible entries received by Oxygen. By participating, entrants agree to the Official Rules, warrant that they are in full compliance with such rules, and agree to the decisions of the judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
Prizes: One (1) Prize: Trip for winner and one guest to Dallas, Texas to attend the White Linen Affair hosted by Deion and Pilar Sanders on May 25, 2008 and a 3-day/2-night hotel stay. Prize consists of round-trip coach air transportation for two from major commercial airport nearest winner's residence to Dallas; transportation to and from Dallas airport, to and from the hotel to the party; $500 spending money.

Winner is solely responsible for all expenses not specified herein. Winner and guest must travel together. Actual value of prize may vary depending on point and date of departure and airfare fluctuations. Accommodation and travel restrictions and black out periods may apply. If the winner is not able to travel on the selected dates, Oxygen reserves the right to disqualify the winner and select an alternative winner.
Odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of entries received.
All expenses, including taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of winner(s). Prizes are non-transferable; no prize substitution or cash equivalent of prizes except by Oxygen at its sole discretion for a prize of equal or greater value if prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
4. Oxygen Employees etc. Not Eligible: Employees or agents of Oxygen, Deion and Pilar Sanders, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, members of the immediate family of such employees and persons living in the same household of such employees/agents are ineligible to participate or win a prize.
5. Conditions of Participation: Winner(s) will be notified by May 9, 2008 by e-mail or telephone. If requested in the notification, winner must call the phone number provided to confirm eligibility within two (2) working days. If a contacted winner does not respond within two (2) working days, Oxygen reserves the right to choose an alternative winner. Winner(s) may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where legal, Publicity Release, within 2 days of the date printed on the prize notification. Limit one prize per person, household or family. Winner and travel companion of the winner (or his/her parent/legal guardian, if travel companion is a minor) must sign and return a Liability Release and a Publicity Release, where legal, prior to ticketing and must possess required travel documents (i.e. valid photo I.D.) prior to departure. In the event of noncompliance with these requirements or if prize notification/prize is returned as undeliverable, winner will be disqualified, and an alternate winner selected, time permitting. If guest is a minor, he/she may only accompany his/her parent/legal guardian (i.e. the winner) on trip.]
Oxygen reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond the control of Oxygen corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Sweepstakes, and in such event the judges reserve the right to select the winner by random drawing from all eligible entries received (if any) up to the time of cancellation.
By participating, entrants agree to release Oxygen, Deion and Pilar Sanders, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, and the employees, officers, directors, and agents of any of the above organizations from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, costs or expenses or damages to persons or otherwise, including without limitation, personal injury, death and/or property damages, of any kind caused in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of the prize or participation in any prize-related activities. By accepting prize, winner(s) grant to Oxygen the use of his/her name, address (city, state), likeness, photograph, voice and statements by winner (provided they are true) regarding Sweepstakes or Oxygen for advertising/publicity purposes in all media, without further compensation or permission except where prohibited by law.
6. Winners List: The names of the winners will be posted at www.oxygen.com/sweepstakes/ on or about June 1, 2008 until June 1, 2009. The name of the winner may also be obtained by providing a self addressed, stamped envelope to: Oxygen Media, 75 Ninth Avenue, New York, NY 10011 after June 1, 2008 until June 1, 2009.
