Stan Lee, the man behind iconic comic characters like Iron Man, Black Panther, and Spider-Man, has been robbed again. The former Marvel Comics, now 95 years old, reported that $1.4 million was stolen Friday.

A team of detectives that investigates elder financial abuse have been investigating the alleged theft, according to TMZ. Just last month, Lee claimed that $850,000 was stolen from one of his accounts to buy a condo, TMZ reports. The month before that, Lee filed another police report stating that $350,000 was gone from an account.

Recently, Lee was rushed to a hospital after he experienced shortness of breath of an irregular heartbeat.

"All I really want to do is tell you that I'm feeling great," Lee told Eyewitness News after he was released from that health scare. "I'm glad I spent that evening in the hospital. It did me a lot of good. It probably did my fans a lot of good. It kept me off their backs for the evening. But I'm feeling good now and I can't wait to get in there and tangle with all the competition."

Just this week, Lee revealed that he is battling pneumonia in a video published on TMZ. In the clip, the comic legend said, “I have a little bout of pneumonia I’ve been fighting. But it seems to be getting better.”

He had a message for his fans.

“I want you all to know I’m thinking of you, of course, I always think of the fans, and I hope you’re all doing well, and I miss you all. I miss your enthusiasm, I miss all your notes, all your photos and emails,” he said. “I want you to know that I still love you all.”

Best of all, he is in high spirits.

“Maybe I’ll have some of this pneumonia knocked down, and we can have some real fun over the internet. Until then, excelsior.”

This year, Lee made an appearance in the blockbuster hit Black Panther, a film based on comic characters he co-created.
