When actress Heather Locklear was arrested for domestic violence and battery charges, the veteran actress was allegedly combative and threatened her arresting officers—and their children. "You f*cking deserve your kids to die! You f*cking deserve it," the 56-year-old told authorities, according to People. "And when you find yourself in that position, think of me!"

The interchange was documented by Senior Deputy Sheriff Keith Hall based upon accounts by a Sergeant and two deputies who were all on the scene, as well as body cam footage from the Feb. 25 incident. Authorities came to Locklear’s Thousand Oaks, California home based upon a call by the actress' brother. Whil there, Locklear told them that her boyfriend, Chris Heisser, had attacked her.

“Locklear told Deputy Alldredge that [Heisser] had strangled her and that she was afraid he would kill her," Hall said. “Locklear stated she did not lose consciousness, but was strangled for a long time and thought she might pass out.”

Heisser denied those allegations. “‘I didn’t touch her,‘” he said during the incident. Authorities describe Heisser, who was Locklear's high school sweetheart prior to being her adult boyfriend, as having injuries.

“Deputy Alldredge saw that [Heisser] was bleeding from the bridge of his nose and he had redness on his chest,” Hall wrote. “[Heisser] told Deputy Alldredge that in the bedroom, Locklear attacked [Heisser] while he was on the bed and he defended himself. He did not know how many times Locklear struck him. Locklear bit his face and described Locklear as being 'all over' him for the last 20-30 minutes acting 'crazy,’ 'angry,' and 'wild.'”

As authorities investigated, they said Locklear became increasingly agitated and made threats of violence. “Locklear exhibited combative, belligerent, and aggressive behavior toward deputies,” Hall wrote.

“'I hope no one f*cking burns your entire department down, your f*cking police department,'" Locklear allegedly told police, according to the report. “Get the f*ck off my property. Don’t ever come on it. All of you are not allowed … I will shoot you if you come on my property and take that as a threat and f*cking put another count against me.'"

Authorities searched the actress' home but did not find a weapon. She has a legally registered gun in her name.

Locklear was arrested and charged with four counts of battery, including three counts of battery on a police officer. Since the arrest, the actress reportedly checked into rehab. She is expected to appear in court on March 13.
