"The Countess" of "The Real Housewives of New York" has rejected a plea deal in her intoxication arrest. As People reported, Luann de Lesseps rejected a plea deal on Wednesday morning in a hearing in West Palm Beach, Florida.

“They said no when the the state attorney offered a settlement in her case,” said Mike Edmondson, executive assistant to the state attorney for the Fifteen Judicial Circuit of Palm Beach County. Prosecutors did not share additional details about the plea deal that was offered to the reality television star.

Her representative told People, "The case is still ongoing, it’s been rescheduled for 60 days, and everyone is still in discussion."

The 52-year-old was arrested in December on multiple charges including battery of an officer and disorderly intoxication. According to CNN, De Lesseps allegedly kicked a police officer while intoxicated.

She said, "I'm going to kill you all," per testimony shared by the assistant state attorney.

A judge released the "Money Can't Buy You Class" singer at the time without bond.

De Lesseps told People shortly thereafter that being in Palm Beach brought up "long-buried emotions" since her ill-fated marriage to Tom D’Agostino. The two wed there last year following a whirlwind courtship that many of her reality star co-stars questioned.

“This was my first time in Palm Beach since my wedding, and being here brought up long-buried emotions,” de Lesseps told People in a statement. “I want to offer my sincere apologies to anyone I might have offended with my behavior.  I am committed to a transformative and hopeful 2018.”

D'Agostino's infidelities were discussed throughout the season. He was previously romantically linked to fellow "Housewives" stars Ramona Singer and Sonja Morgan, as well as a mystery woman who was discovered through bombshell photo evidence by Bethenny Frankel. When asked what caused the final split, the Countess shared that it was a lack of trust.

De Lesseps was formerly the wife of Count Alexandre de Lesseps. Although the two divorced in 2009, she retained her French royal title. The reality star began dating D’Agostino and quickly headed to the altar.

“The only title I’d trade Countess for is wife,” she said on the show. Seven months after their wedding, the two split.

A new hearing is slated for April 13.
