This is one of my favorite personal shakes, so I thought I'd share it with you guys! I always start with a fresh clean blender, and put 3-4 ice cubes in it. In this particular shake I used Soy milk, but I almost always use regular Skim milk. With the ice already in the blender, you should pour the milk up to about the 1 1/2 cup line. Next get your Whey protein powder. I use Vanilla because it is the best to mix with fruit. Use 1-1 1/4 servings of protein powder.
Next I cut about 4-5 strawberries, a handful of blueberries, and a banana. Put it all in the blender, cover the lid, and blend well. This is one of my favorites because it tastes great, and is a very lean and healthy shake full of good protein, vitamins, and minerals. Make sure you remember the ice; it really helps keep your shake cold. Pour into a tall glass, and enjoy!!
