The Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency

Wow! What a show! I told you it was going to be great, but even I'm impressed. Okay, lots to talk about. Where do I begin? I know... lets talk about my favorite, and only son... Nathan Fields. It's so nice to have your kids be a part of the family business. I love the fact that I have a partner in this business. Nathan knows how I like the agency to be run. I've always said, "When you can't do it all, give it to the next best thing, and then keep it in the family." Even when I was a young model, I gave the jobs I couldn't take on to my sister Debbie. If you look at the pages of Vogue from my hay day, you'll find my beautiful sister just as much as you will find me. She became just as big, if not bigger, at times than me. What can I say? It must be the Godfather complex in me acting up again.

On to my models. Those wicked little mouths of theirs. I tell you what. I would give my left arm for an agency full of Martin’s instead of these back-talking kids I’ve got. Maybe I would stop getting these headaches after work finally! Never bite the hand that feeds or soon there will be no hand to bite. One day they will learn that mama always know what's best. It just might take a minute to see but give it time. Time will tell.

We should all give a round of applause to CC for the worst excuse award. (Oh and I know! Traci can present her the award so she can work on her acting skills, she'll take on the role as model-presenter at an awards show... I guess I should run this by her manager first.) I guess the client didn't mind her being late. You never can tell what a pair of big knockers will bring ya. Just kidding CC!!! Even I can't resist a set up like that! I was sad that Polina didn't shine like I knew she could but you can't win them all sometimes. Modeling is a dog eat dog world but it's always worth the upsets if it's your dream. I had to take a lot of rejection till the other hand dropped and things finally went Janice's way.

I am always so impressed when I see my models in their hair and face all painted up. You work so hard as an agent grooming and instilling good work ethics into your models. You don't stop to enjoy the fruits of your labor. I think all my models are proof of how being hard on someone sometimes is the best way to help them become more then they even knew they could be.

I remember how much fun it was at the house every night.... We had a "no television rule" in the house and I think it was the key to our closeness during this training period for the select few that got to live with me. When you take away the distractions people have no choice but to bond. Try it sometime…like in January when the show is off the air. What? I need you guys! The thing I remember most was how Chandler showed up that attention-seeking Kehoe by just staying cool and not being afraid to be laughed at him self. Kehoe needs to learn that negative attention that his addiction brings him is not the kind of attention you want.
