Must Love Dogs (2005)
According to director Gary David Goldberg, he gave the script to John Cusack and encouraged him to change any of his character's dialogue to better suit him. Goldberg was surprised by Cusack's response, who later sent the director about 35 pages of new dialogue for his character.
The Perfect Man (2005)
When Jean gets out of Lenny's car after their date, her shoes keep changing from her hands to his. Lenny takes them from her when she's getting out of the car, but then she's seen carrying them in the long shot. Then when Lenny goes to kiss her, they're in his hands again.
First Wives Club (1996)
Goldie Hawn, Bette Midler and Diane Keaton were all born within 45 days of each other, and celebrated their 50th birthdays together while filming this movie.
Panic Room (2002)
Jodie Foster was pregnant with her second child during filming. Because of this, re-shoots had to be made in the autumn of 2001 after she had given birth, as principal photography took longer than planned.
You've Got Mail (1998)
Kathleen Kelly's bookstore in the film was based largely on Manhattan's Books of Wonder in Chelsea on 18th St. Meg Ryan worked the counter at Books of Wonder for a day as part of her preparation. Decorative props from the film can still be seen at the store.
Bruce Almighty (2003)
At one point during filming, Jennifer Aniston was shooting this movie, "Friends" and "Along Came Polly" at the same time.
Here on Earth (2000)
While Kelly is drinking and talking to the cows about going to the dance, the number of beer bottles sitting on the wooden block fluctuates between shots.
Top Gun (1986)
The love scene between Tom Cruise and Kelly McGillis was filmed after initial test screenings. Moviegoers complained that there was no love scene, so the company obliged. McGillis, however, had already dyed her hair darker for her next film, which is why the scene is tinted blue.
