Adair on episode 1: Models, Bottles, and Intern Squabbles
With the Angels for Africa party, there was enormous pressure to mount a successful event in a short amount of time and not disappoint anyone in the process. Although there were a few hiccups, we raised a significant amount of money for Shine on Sierra Leone and I am proud of our work.
Simone and Christina handle Russell's schedule and every aspect of Russell's life so we work really closely all the time.
When any negative press on Russell surfaces, sometimes no reaction is the best action. I consider most negative press insignificant noise.
Here’s my advice for people who want to do what I do:
1. Dream a big dream! The imagination is everything. No matter your circumstances or situation, you can do whatever you want to do.
2. Mentorship - Build relationships with people who inspire you and are doing things you'd like to do. Don't be afraid to emulate their successes.
3. Do what you love so you never have to work!
This season, you'll see me doing some of the work that I do on a daily basis with Russell and my colleagues at Rush! There are also many surprises in store for viewers so tune-in!!
