Coco Rocha's 2012 Red Carpet Looks: 3 Of Our Favorites
The Fug Girls already put Coco Rocha's gently-worn by Elizabeth Taylor Givenchy pantsuit on their Best Red Carpet Moments of 2012 list and we all know the supermodel just brings it sartorially on the set of "The Face." But we still want to reminisce about a few of our fave Coco fashion highlights before the year closes out.
Coco takes the cocktail LBD up about 1000 notches with this gorgeous Fendi Fall 2011 confection at the 2012 Christie's "Bid to Save the Earth" Green Auction. The gold flecked chiffon gives the creation a glam fairy tale effect while the opaque turtleneck and strappy detail adds a sexy edge. The peep-toe platforms and neatly-slicked editor-top-knot are retro-chic accents.
This rosy pink flirty confection from the Dennis Basso Spring 2012 collection is the perfect look to hit the Fifth Annual Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic at Liberty State Park. The sparkly silver sprinkles on the bodice are party perfect for a daytime bash outdoors and the windblown hair is fun and relaxed for the occasion.
For the 9th Annual New Yorkers for Children Spring Dinner Dance "New Year's in April: A Fool's Fete" at the swanky Mandarin Oriental, of course Coco went to friend and "The Face" guest star Zac Posen. This breathtaking mermaid gown is a vision, with ethereal ruffly shoulder details and exquisite layers of embroidered sheer silk.
Hm ... what will Coco be wearing in 2013?
