Nigel Barker Dons a Suit To Rough House On 'The Face' Set
Nigel Barker's outfit of choice so far seems to fall on the business casual side of things. (Hey, no one rocks a cashmere hoodie and stripey socks like this former model!) But perhaps the suits above in corporate are enacting a new, more formal, dress code. Think that's what brought Oxygen senior vice president of original programming and development Rod Aissa to set? Maybe a dressed-up Nigel is conducting a mind-meld-simulation to get his casual Fridays back? Hey, HR ....
Not quite sure what the fuss is about. The outfit is very Euro-cool, with a Marc by Marc Jacobs jacket with plush velvet lapels, worn over a crisp white Theory button-down and matched with a pair of skinny BLK Denim trousers. Of course the new wardrobe edits call for neckwear, so Nigel went with an onyx Paul Smith tie for a monochrome look, plus a belt by Michael Kors. Of course, the Brit can't help sticking it to the man with natty Topman brogues with rebellious skull prints on them. Ha!
"I want to wear JEANS."
Looks like Nigel finally found his zen moment. Personally, we like seeing him in formal-wear, but really he can sport anything and look amazing.
