Episode 3

It's the week of Coolio's first catering event for wealthy realtor, Chase. After a disastrous rehearsal dinner last week, Coolio and Jarez decide they are going to need some help to pull the party off, so they meet with several event planners and decide to hire a catering manager - the charismatic Shuki. But as Coolio and Shuki begin to plan the party, Shuki takes charge and realizes how unprepared Coolio and his family are. As the event nears, despite Jarez's warnings, Coolio hires his new girlfriend Laura to help out. Coolio gathers everyone for some training, but when his staff loses interest during Shuki's training exercises, Coolio loses his temper. Will Shuki be able to help Coolio make the party a success? Meanwhile, Artis is not into working for the catering company, so Coolio suggests he go to a temp agency and find a job. As Artis sets off, Artis manages to get a temp job at a Hollywood talent agency . . . but soon finds he is in over his head
