When I heard Janice say that I had "the face" I felt like a weight had been lifted off of my shoulders. Knowing Janice, I thought I was going to be the root of all the fat jokes, but her compliment reassured me that she believed in me.

(continued) In the industry there are many different kinds of models: fit models, bikini, high fashion, runway, commercial, print...etc. Some of which require a super thin body. Some of which focus mainly on the face. I personally have had much success being a commercial, beauty, print and fashion model because my body has never been thin enough for the high fashion "waif" look. I know that I potentially could, but there's something about my body that I love. Even if I weren’t a model, I'd keep my body just the way it is.

(continued) People always seem to ask: "If you weren't a model, what would you be?" Well, I have always had the dream to be an entertainer. I have always wanted to get up and display myself for the world to see. Be it through modeling, writing, singing, acting or whatever, I just want to be able to put a piece of myself out for the world to see...

(continued) I know that when I was growing up, music helped me through all my problems, movies made my imagination grow, and on and on. I want to give that to someone else, I want to let other people know that someone else is going through the same thing.
