Amber Rose Continues To Clown Kanye West, Wins At Life
You may have thought her clapback on Twitter was legendary, but she wasn't finished there.
With just two tweets, Amber Rose pretty much broke the internet earlier this week. When Kanye West decided to bring her son Sebastian into his Twitter feud with Wiz Khalifa (Amber's ex-husband and co-parent), Muva Rosebud had to step in. With just two tweets, a now-iconic hashtag, and the extremely artful use of the finger emoji, Rose effectively shut him down - and she did it all without mentioning his children.
But she wasn't done there. During an interview with the Allegedly podcast on Wednesday, Amber really let the world know what she thinks of her ex.
"I would never talk about kids in an argument. It just shows what type of person he is," she said. "Even him saying stuff about my son, I still didn't say anything about his kids. I'm not going to. They are innocent babies. You don't ever talk about a baby, ever, ever. That just shows how f***ing ridiculous he is."
"The crazy thing is, he came out with a song last week saying I had my son for a meal ticket and I didn't even say anything," Amber continued. "You took me around the world, we dated for, like, two years, but you're talking sh*t about Wiz and my baby ... I mean, he still talks about me in songs, he still talks about me all day. I'm kind of a catch."
She also called Kanye a "f***ing clown," and honestly, not many people would disagree with her. Kanye has made a part-time job out of dissing Amber for her past - to the point that it really seems like he has some kind of weird, hate-tinged obsession with her -- but she's so beyond caring at this point.
In an op-ed for Time, Amber explained just how she reached a place in her life where, despite the hate and criticism that comes her way simply for existing, she's able to sleep like a baby at night.
"It wasn't even that hard to stop caring what other people thought. I wasn't married, and I didn't have a boyfriend so I didn't have to care about anyone else's feelings or protect anyone's heart. I thought, 'This is my life. This is about me. If you don't like it, I don't care. I'm going to do anything and everything I want with my own life.'"
Preach it! Amber Rose gets a lot of hate for being famous for no reason (as if that's anything new), but she's one of the only famous-for-no-reason celebs using her platform to say something instead of sell something. #TeamAmber, all the way.
