Celebs React To Trump's Plan To Ban Muslims from America

"Love trumps hate."

Donald Trump has a lot of crazy ideas but this might trump them all. This week, the Republican Presidential hopeful shared his plan to ban all Muslims from entering the U.S., a move he believes will make the country safer. The controversial and divisive plan has been making headlines—for all the wrong reasons—and celebrities are starting to weigh in.

Def Jam founder Russell Simmons penned an open letter, in which he asks Trump to “Stop the bullshit. Stop fueling fires of hate”. Harry Potter author J. K. Rowling hilariously compared Trump to her villainous character Voldemort.

Scandal, Grey’s Anatomy and How to Get Away with Murder creator Shonda Rhimes cosigned the Trump/Voldemort comparison.  “Preach.  Trump is way worse,” she tweeted. With all of the bad press, Trump may need Olivia Pope to fix his campaign very soon.

Actor and all-around awesome guy Samuel L. Jackson has threatened to move to another continent if Trump wins the election. “If that motherf—ker becomes President, I’m moving my black ass to South Africa,” he said in a skit with Jimmy Kimmel

Amid all of the hate, Trump’s Presidential opponent, Hillary Clinton,  summarized it best. Love Trumps Hate. Enough said.

Tell Donald Trump: Hate is not an American value.
