Chris Brown Wins Custody Battle Against Ex-Girlfriend
After battling it out with Nia Guzman in court, the judge sided with Brown.
Things are looking up for Chris Brown.
He and his ex-girlfriend, Nia Guzman, have not been seeing eye to eye when it comes to their 1-year-old daughter, Royalty (remember the tutu fiasco?). As a result, Guzman requested for Brown's visitation to be lessened and monitored, citing his alleged drug abuse and gang affiliation, TMZ reports.
Yesterday a judge vetoed her request, which means their arrangement will remain unchanged. Brown and Guzman will continue to have joint legal and physical custody, with Royalty spending 12 days a month with Brown, without supervision.
