Chris Brown's Neighbors Are Fed Up With His Antics, And The LAPD Wants To Talk

They've requested a sit-down with the rapper as a last resort.

The Los Angeles Police Department is hoping to have a heart-to-heart with Chris Brown, and soon.

According to TMZ, the LAPD division that covers the San Fernando Valley neighborhood - where Brown lives - is at the end of their rope. Brown's neighbors constantly complain about the rapper over everything from the noise level at his home to his reckless driving, drug use, and even assault. It's unclear if that last one means Brown's been assaulting people on his block, or if his neighbors are bothered by his history of assault - but either way, the entire neighborhood is tired of his antics.

"Chris is a chronic problem who takes up a tremendous amount of our resources," a police source told the gossip site.

The local authorities are planning to invite Brown to the station for a sit-down and lay everything out on the table in the hopes that he'll see reason and change his ways. He's not obligated to attend though, so who knows how this whole thing will play out.
