Did Chris Brown Really Stomp On A Fan's Head During A Concert?
TMZ caught it on video, but Chris is claiming they're lying about what happened.
Did Chris Brown really stomp on a fan's head during a concert? That's the story as TMZ tells it.
On Saturday, TMZ reported that things went sour at a Chris Brown concert in Cannes when some sort of commotion occurred, and Brown-- in a haste to get out of the crowd-- stomped on a fan's head. Malek Mokrani had to be hospitalized for head and neck injuries, and allegedly plans to pursue legal action against Brown.
The rapper/singer fired back via an Instagram video, basically calling the TMZ staff a bunch of liars.
"No fans were hurt by Chris Brown. No fans were beat up by Chris Brown," he said. "I met the owner, shook his hand. We were partying, everything else. His staff though, security, I don't think he probably knew who I was, I don't care," he continued. "But he assaulted me, grabbed his hand around my throat and tried to push me out the spot when we were walking."
"We handled the situation accordingly and moved on," Brown said. "This has to be a month old. So gotta get y'all news faster and stop lying to people saying we beat up fans. I don't do that."
