Drake and Meek Mill may have had one of the most infamous social media rap beefs in recent history, but Drake recently rose above the bad blood between them to publicly show support for his former rival, who was recently sentenced to two to four years behind bars over parole violations.
TMZ reports that the "Hotline Bling" rapper was on stage performing in Melbourne, Australia on Saturday when he spotted a fan in a "Free Meek Mill" shirt.
"Free Meek Mill too, man. For real. You right," he said.
Drake isn't the only celeb to speak up in support of Meek; T.I. and Kevin Hart have both posted supportive messages for the Philly rapper on Instagram, while Jay Z has spoken out about Meek's sentence on multiple occasions, calling it "unjust and heavy-handed" on Facebook and even writing an op-ed about it.
