Five men have been arrested for sexually an underage boy in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. According to WNEP16, the victim was allegedly abused starting in 2009—when he was nine— by at least four men who dressed up as animals.
David Parker was reportedly the ring leader of sorts. He would take the victim, per court documents, to his home where he and other men attacked him. The adult men dressed up as animals known as "Furries." Kenneth C. Fenske, one of the suspects, would dress up as a red fox called “Lupine."
The five men have been arrested and charged with several sexual offenses. “Our investigation is not done, and it is likely there will be more arrests. We believe it is likely there could be more victims out there from this ring of abuse. We want to help them and protect them from any further abuse,” shared Attorney General Josh Shapiro. “We’re seeking the public’s help today and asking people to come forward and speak with our Office or the Bucks DA’s Office if they know anything.”
The victim is currently in foster care.
