Hanes Issued A Warning To "Cash Me Outside" Girl In A Letter

The viral star is in hot water for bootleg swag.

"Cash Me Outside!" The three words that made Danielle Bregoli a viral star have gotten her in hot water. Following her internet fame, Bregoli began selling merchandise with her famous catchphrase. Hanes, which owns Champion sportswear, is blasting Bregoli for using its "C" logo in her swag.

According to TMZHanes has accused the young woman of using the same stylized "C" as Champion's logo. The company explains that it needs to protect its "extensive consumer goodwill and reputation." The company offered a generous week for her to take the merch down, which she appears to have done, although she still has other items on sale.

In case you haven't been following, the whole "Cash me ousside" phenomenon started back in 2016. A then 13-year-old Bregoli was on Dr. Phil to discuss her rebellious behavior. When the audience laughed at her antics, the teenager unleashed her famous line.

Since becoming a meme, Dr. Phil has invited the girl back on his show—to shade her.

How bow dat?
