Kendall Jenner's Stalker Just Got Out Of Jail Scot-Free
Where's the justice?
Kendall Jenner's alleged stalker, Shavaughn McKenzie, was found guilty of trespassing and sentenced Thursday. McKenzie was found lurking in Kendall’s driveway in August, and in October he was found not guilty of the most important charge, of stalking. Not sure what that charge requires if following someone home and banging on their car window doesn’t count as stalking, but there it is.
Kendall testified against him in court and got a restraining order, but McKenzie still won’t be serving any jail time. The sentence for trespassing is light, and when McKenzie was first arrested, the judge offered him time served in lieu of probation. He basically already served his time while waiting for his trial to finish.
TMZ reports that McKenzie’s mom was in court as well, and promised to fly him back home to Virginia and see he receives psychiatric treatment. Very scary and sad story all around, but if McKenzie can benefit from treatment it might be for the best.
