Kerry Washington, Serena Williams And More Celebs Tell Women To "Lean In Together"

All-star PSA for working women.

Women have to wait another century before we achieve equality in corporate leadership, according to research by LeanIn.org and McKinsey. More than ever, women need to support each other. Serena Williams, Kerry Washington, Selena Gomez and other stars are speaking out about the gender gap and the importance of female empowerment.

Celebrities have joined forces with Lean In creator Sheryl Sandberg for a new PSA called #LeanInTogether, in which they honor the women who helped them professionally. "I'm not really sure what my life would look like if it were not for Shonda Rimes," Kerry says about the Scandal creator who gave her the breakout role of Olivia Pope. "She has so much power but she wields it so compassionately." Tennis champ Serena Williams shouts out her sister Venus (aww!) while Emma Watson lauds director Sofia Coppola.
