Kesha Is Back In The Studio
Singer returns to recording after Dr. Luke lawsuit.
Kesha is back. Following her public battle with producer Dr. Luke, the singer shares that she is back in the studio and recording with a new collaborator. The singer posted to Instagram that she's in a recording session with EDM producer Zedd. "It's a miracle when someone gives you a chance at finding your voice again," she shared and added that Zedd has "a heart of gold."
Earlier this month, a judge denied Kesha's request to be let go from her recording contract with Dr. Luke. Kesha alleged that Luke had sexually assaulted her and compared her relationship with his label to "slavery." During the drama, Zedd was one of the most outspoken figures in the music industry to support Kesha. "very very sorry to hear about the whole situation. I'll be happy to produce a song for you if you want my help," the producer tweeted.
Kesha seems ready to put the whole situation behind her. In addition to recording, she made a surprise appearance at Coachella to sing "True Colors."
