Keyshia Cole Was Evicted And Sued By Her Former Landlord For Trashing The Place
Now he's seeking $150,000 to cover the damage.
Life is getting a little messy for Keyshia Cole these days.
TMZ reports that after failing to pay $19,000 in back rent, the singer was evicted from her Santa Monica, California home. Her former landlord promptly sued for the amount owed, but after visiting the home, he's now seeking repayment for the mess he says she left behind.
According to the lawsuit, there were holes in the walls and ceilings, scratches on the floor, and the door frames were destroyed. He's seeking $150,000 to cover the damages, as well as an unspecified amount for emotional distress.
TMZ's got photo evidence of the mess, and it's not looking too great. Good luck, girl.
