Meek Mill is still taking Ls, but this time it's self-inflicted.
On Friday, the Philadelphia rapper posted a short series of videos using Instagram's Stories that left many fans feeling some type of way. The vids chronicle an encounter between Meek and a homeless man who asked him for change, Meek's reaction included instructing the man to essentially perform for the money he was offering.
"Give me ten pushups and I'ma give you $20 right now," he says in the video. "We ain't givin' out no free money."
"You're not going to give me $20," the man responds. Meek assures him that he is, and the man — who's considerably older than Meek — obliges, dropping to the ground.
It's difficult to watch. In fact, it's hard to say whether it's more disturbing that Meek thought this was an acceptable way to treat another human being, or that he thought this was entertaining enough to post on social media. So much for respecting the elderly, right? Clearly, money doesn't buy compassion.
You can check out Meek's video below, if you're so inclined. Also, is anyone else reminded of when Nicki Minaj teased a mentally ill woman then posted it on Instagram? Celebs should probably stop with that whole 'pointing and laughing at people less fortunate than them' thing. #NotAGoodLook
