Donald Trump has been a daily fixture in the media since his presidency, but one person we haven't seen much is Melania. The First Lady lives in New York City with the couple's son, Barron, and sources share that she may never actually move into the White House.
"They will reevaluate toward the end of the school year if they will keep this arrangement or if Melania and Barron will move to Washington," the source tells US Weekly. "They could go either way right now. They will ultimately do what's best for Barron."
The magazine's cover story delves into what it calls the First Family's "separate lives." When asked by ABC News how he felt about his wife living 200 miles away, Trump said it didn't bother him. "No, because I end up working longer. And that's OK."
Many have questioned Melania's decision and what it means for the First Family to live apart. Back in October, Vanity Fair profiled the quiet Melania as someone who never wanted to be a political spouse. During the campaign trail, it was Ivanka Trump who took on duties usually reserved for the wife of the candidate.
