According to Bossip, Massy has the Internet going insane with her killer bod. Her fitness selfies show off her toned figure and honestly, it's hard to even see that she's pregnant. The certified trainer has not let her workout slow down, even with baby bump.
On Instagram, she shares how she gets in a "quick workout at the hotel room" and even shows us her moves on the go.
Although many pregnant women may not choose to work out while pregnant, experts say that it's safe to do so. According to Parents, exercise can be beneficial. "If a woman is having a normal pregnancy, she can continue to exercise," says James Pivarnik, PhD, vice president of the American College of Sports Medicine. "The upper limit of the level can be reasonably close to what she was doing before pregnancy."
