Muscular ladies and chubby ladies and trans ladies, oh my! H&M's newest ad campaign for their fall line of clothing features one of the most diverse groups of women ever seen in a one minute commercial. It'll almost (almost!) make you forget about the company's heinous human rights violations! (But that's beside the point right now.)
Set to a cover of Tom Jones' "She's a Lady" by Lion Babe, the new advertisement shows off a stunning group of women of various colors and sizes. Included in the commercial is trans model Hari Nef, who is an up-and-coming legend in the fashion world. Making her runway debut for Hood By Air just last year, Nef is also an experienced writer, activist, and actress with a regular sex advice column in Adult Mag.
"Clothes are always this thing that I use to tell stories about myself," she said to i-D last year. "Stories that other people weren't going to intuit about me, just purely on the basis of my body, or work, or cultural background."
Anyway, check out the new spot, below!
