Now is not the time to be attributing nefarious intentions to Planned Parenthood, Nick Cannon! America needs PP for providing "comprehensive reproductive and complementary health care services in settings which preserve and protect the essential privacy and rights of each individual." And given our president-elect's statements about being anti-choice, we need to support them, big time!
In an interview with Splash News at LAX, Cannon espoused some wild beliefs about the important organization:
“It’s modern-day eugenics,” Cannon said. “It’s population control." Wait, what?
Those comments come after some other outrageous statements the comedian made on The Breakfast Club radio show:
"It's real genocide, and it's been like that for years," he said during that interview, making oblique references to acccusations made against Hillary Clinton about her fondness for abortion.
Nick even continued the rant on Twitter:
Alright everyone, get out your tinfoil hats and dental pliers, we've got a real conspiracy theorist in our midst.
Want to make sure people still have access to reproductive care during the next four years? You can make a donation to Planned Parenthood yourself, over here.
