Ronda Rousey Promises She’ll “Be Back” After Stunning Loss
Can’t knock her down
“I’ll be back.” Ronda Rousey breaks her silence after her stunning loss this weekend in the ultimate fighting ring. The fan favorite lost by knockout from Holly Holm at UFC 193. Not only did she end her undefeated MMA streak but the blow landed Ronda in the hospital, where she received stitches for a busted lip.
"I just wanted to thank everyone for the love and support," Ronda shared on Instagram. "I appreciate the concerns about my health, but I'm fine.” She ended, "As I had mentioned before, I'm going to take a little bit of time but I'll be back.” Spoken like a true champ.
Don’t feel too bad for Ronda. Despite being shaded on by Lady Gaga for “not touching gloves,” Ronda continues to have her eyes set on becoming a Hollywood celebrity. She appeared in the recent Entourage movie as herself and just announced that she’ll be in Mark Wahlberg’s new movie, Mile 22.
