The Game Is Being Sued For Sexually Assaulting A Woman On His Reality Show
And now he wants two of the other contestants on the show to testify on his behalf.
The Game is being accused of sexually assaulting a woman during the filming of his reality dating show She's Got Game earlier this year.
According to TMZ, one of the contestants - Priscilla Rainey - is suing The Game for $10 million. According to Rainey, while filming a scene at a sports bar, The Game was drunk and "out of control," and assaulted her several times that night, "forcefully reaching his hand inside her dress to rub her bare vagina and buttocks."
Well recently, it's come to light that The Game is planning to have Rainey's fellow contestants, Shay Malca and Rebecca Silvera, testify on his behalf. However, because neither Malca or Silvera were present during the alleged assault, Rainey believes their testimonies would be completely irrelevant. She says calling them to the stand is just a ploy by The Game to ruin her reputation.
According to Bossip, Rainey filed a motion earlier this week requesting that Malca and Silvera's depositions not be allowed, citing among other things the fact that Malca had already been eliminated as a contestant on the show when the alleged assault took place.
"Ms. Malca is apparently someone who does not like Plaintiff, and as a result is solely being called to speak derogatorily about Ms. Rainey," read the court papers. "Defendant intends to use Ms. Malca to improperly impugn Plaintiff's character on issues."
Bossip reports that The Game fired back, saying that her argument is nonsense, but the judge has yet to make a decision on the matter.
