The battle between Blac Chyna and the Kardashians is getting uglier and uglier.
As previously reported, Chyna's lawsuit against the fam claims that they're to blame for her reality show with her ex Rob Kardashian getting the ax. However, the Kardashians say that that isn't the case; according to TMZ, they're claiming that Rob & Chyna was cancelled because Chyna got a restraining order against Rob, which made filming the show impossible.
"Given Plaintiff's conduct in seeking and obtaining a restraining order that required Rob to stay away from Plaintiff and her workplace, no trier of fact could possibly find that it was reasonably probable that a second season of 'Rob & Chyna' would have been picked up and filmed," reads the filing.
Kris and Kim will have a chance to make their case in front of a judge on January 18; meanwhile, Chyna is reportedly "fuming" over the Kardashian's latest claims against her. Sources close to the model/entrepreneur told TMZ that Chyna thinks her ex's family's latest legal move is sending a bad message to women who have been abused. As Chyna supposedly sees it, she shouldn't be penalized and lose her job for trying to protect herself and her children.
Clearly, this is one celeb feud that is far from over.
