Back in July, we were horrified by Playboy Playmate Dani Mathers' social media etiquette when she decided to share an image of an unwitting naked lady in an L.A.Fitness locker room, shaming the stranger for her body. In addition to being morally repugnant, Mathers' actions were also hella illegal. Now, police have located the target of Mathers' ridicule and are encouraging her to press charges against the adult star.
Here's a censored version of the image originally shared by Mathers:
According to TMZ, the woman in the above photo is in her 70's and is planning on appearing in court to testify against Mathers and wants her to "to feel the full force of the law."
Mathers has already been banned from all L.A. Fitness locations, fired from her job on radio show Heidi and Frank, and driven off most of her social media accounts.
TMZ also intimated that police "want to make an example out of" this situation, showing people what precisely not to do on the internet.
Mathers potentially faces up to six months in jail if charged with dissemination of private images, which is what many predict it will be.
