This Playboy Playmate Is In Big Trouble For Fat Shaming A Stranger On Snapchat
Don't. Do. This.
If you haven’t yet heard about Dani Mathers, please sit down, because you might pass out from rage. Mathers has posed in Playboy and was in fact voted Playmate Of The Year in 2015. She must have a really amazing body. She certainly thinks so, because she recently went to her L.A. Fitness location and took a photo of a naked stranger changing in the locker room. She then posted the picture on Snapchat because the unknown woman wasn’t up to her standards:
Not only is this behavior disgusting and immoral, it’s also illegal. Mathers has since been banned from all L.A. Fitness locations, fired from her job on radio show Heidi and Frank, and been reported to the police. She’s also been driven off Twitter and Instagram, though her Facebook page is still live and flooded with angry comments.
Cosmopolitan reported that she posted some videos explaining her mistake, but she seems to think the mistake is that she’s bad at Snapchat, not bad at being a human:
"I just wanted to acknowledge a photo that I accidentally posted on Snapchat earlier today and let you guys know that that was absolutely wrong, and not what I meant to do. I have chosen to do what I do for a living because I love the female body and I know that body shaming is wrong and that’s not what I’m about, that’s not the type of person that I am. That photo was taken to be a personal conversation with a girlfriend, and because I am new to Snapchat, I didn’t realize that I had posted it and that was a huge mistake."
Like my mom would say, beauty is as beauty does, and beauty does not snap pics of naked people without their permission.
