"Upskirt" Model Defends Controversial Calvin Klein Campaign

"Be and love yourself and your sexuality"

Calvin Klein's new ad campaign is turning heads with its very sexual photos. Titled Eroticathe ads feature Kendall Jenner and other models posing provocatively in various states of undress. The most controversial photo features model Klara Kristin in an upskirt moment, captioned "I flash in my Calvins."

Klara is now speaking out about the photo and defending photographer Harley Weir for the NSFW shot."I LOVE this photo @harleyweir took of me  ...all this discussion about it makes me think about how alienated and scared some people are to the female human body...,"  she shares on Instagram. "Be and love yourself and your sexuality."

Not all fans saw it this way. "This isn't a photo celebrating the human body though. It's glamourising upskirting victimisation which is NOT cool or arty," commented one on Instagram. "There's nothing empowering about internalized misogyny. This plays off the voyeuristic male fantasy of catching up skirt peeks," said another.

So is this really art or just an excuse for a brand to push pornography? You decide.
