Swimsuit season is around the corner and there's no one better than a Victoria's Secret model to get us in shape. Supermodel Rosie Huntington-Whiteley--who spends most of her time in a bikini or lingerie--shared her diet regimen with InStyle and it sounds brutal.

"I decided to try a diet plan by a doctor called Dr. Nigma Talib, and she is actually a naturopath," Huntington-Whiteley revealed. "She said to me, 'If you want to get on my plan, you have to cut out sugar, dairy, gluten, and alcohol.'" In other words, starvation central. She says, "And I'm not gonna lie, it's been brutal. It's been a really big challenge..."

The statuesque stunner calls this her "secret for looking good in a bikini." Is eating water and lettuce really that much of a secret? Guess it's working for her!
