My New Year's Resolution for 2011 is to get my body in even better shape than it is now. I'm training to compete in my first IFBB Bikini Competition, which is going to be a challenge. I follow a relatively strict training regimen in my everyday life, but now it's time to turn up the heat! Go hard or go home, baby!
