Alli's Unhappy Skin Speaks: "She is a Crummy Artist."

By Fawnia Soo Hoo

As Kelly McEvoy can tell you, sometimes "skins" aren't very happy customers—especially in a tattoo competition rife with challenges and those pesky time constraints. Well, Alli found herself in the same situation during the abstract challenge in Episode 4. While her work landed her in the top three, her "skin," Marylyn wasn't so pleased about Alli's work. We caught up with Marylyn to hear her take on what went down and the status of the tat right now. Here's what she had to say:

"I covered her tattoo as soon as it healed enough to do so. It is no longer a part of my life. The fact that she made it to the top three shows that your show is obviously after ratings and not after true art. She is an alright tattooer, but she is a crummy artist. The drawing could have been done by a child. I currently covered the tattoo up with an abstract tree and I love it."

Yeesh. Do you agree? Flip through the Final Tats of Episode 4 for a better look.
