Paula Patton and Robin Thicke are currently embroiled in a heated custody battle that just got worse.
During a recent drop-off between parental units, their 6-year-old son Julian was reportedly so afraid to spend time with his father that he begged the nanny to call 911. Julian allegedly refused to get out of the car to see his father, who was waiting nearby per their visitation schedule, and the police had to mediate the situation.
During the 911 call, the nanny can be heard saying that Julian literally prays to the angels, cries the day before visits, and tries to avoid them like the plague, New York Daily News reports. She also noted that Thicke was in violation of Patton's restraining order; the singer isn't supposed to arrive at the park where they do drop-offs until Patton leaves.
Lately, the two have been going head-to-head in court, with Patton accusing Thicke of physically abusing herself, as well as their child. She also has alleged that Thicke was trying to become bros with their DCFS agent in order to win over the case.
Thicke is currently under investigation by the Department of Community and Family Services regarding claims Patton has made in the past that he's used excessive force when punishing their son. This is the third time this year cops have had to be called because Julian did not want to go with his father. You can listen to the 911 call below.
