Following claims made by adult performer Nikki Benz, porn producer Tony T was fired from the pornographic production company Brazzers. Benz is accusing the producer of continuing a violent shoot despite her requests for the scene to stop. Benz alleges that she was choked and stomped on despite yelling "Cut!" numerous times.
Benz blasted both the director and the production company on Twitter. "I guess rape scenes are in now huh?" she said in a series of posts that detailed the attack.
Brazzers has released a statement about the situation claiming they have cut all ties with Tony T and do not plan on working with him again in the future: "Brazzers considers performers’ consent, boundaries and limits and safety to be fundamental and paramount issues and unequivocally stands for the respect of the performers ... Brazzers does not condone nor does it tolerate conduct by producers that would jeopardize a performer’s security or well-being," they said.
Women in the industry, including Jenna Jameson, are rallying behind Benz to support her at this time: "It's about time companies like Brazzers are called out on this terrible criminal behavior," she said. "They like to turn the other cheek and act as if they are unaware, all the while benefitting from these rape scenes... I stand behind Nikki and will do anything in my power to change these practices in porn."
As of now, no criminal charges have been pressed against Tony T.
