Nicholas Gordon, Bobbi Kristina Brown’s ex, has been arrested for allegedly beating his girlfriend.
On Saturday, police in Sanford, Florida were called to a home for a report of domestic violence. According to a press release from the Sanford Police Department, the victim claimed she was hit and punched by Gordon, her live-in boyfriend.
Police found Gordon at a local clubhouse near their residence. Gordon was taken into custody and charged with battery and false imprisonment.
Last year, Gordon was ordered to pay $36 million to the estate of Bobbi Kristina Brown, the child of the late Whitney Houston and singer Bobby Brown. He was found legally responsible for Bobbi Kristina Brown's death after she was found unresponsive in a bathtub, according to CNN.
Gordon failed to appear for two hearings in the civil case against him regarding the death. The Brown family won by default. Gordon was ordered to pay a portion of his future earnings to Brown's estate.
