Six people, including the shooter, are dead after a shooting at an Orlando, Florida business headquarters Monday morning.

Police are saying there is no connection to terrorism and it appears to be a work-related incident, according to WFTV.

Police reported earlier they were investigating a "multiple fatality" shooting. The shooting was reported shortly after 8 a.m. this morning.  Police have not yet stated which business the shooting took place in. Businesses in the area include Gerber Collision & Glass and Fiamma Inc., a manufacturer of RV awnings. The crime scene is in an industrial park area.

Shelley Adams said her sister works at Fiamma. She told the Orlando Sentinel that her sister was in the bathroom when she heard shots.

"She came out and saw a man on the floor," she said.

Adams said her sister called her and kept repeating, "My boss is dead. My boss is dead” according to Click Orlando.

According to CNN, the gunman, 45, was a disgruntled employee.
